This number is a twenty four hour response line where, during business hours, calls come direct into the Call Centre and jobs raised on the spot(model and serial number of unit if possible).
Between 4.30pm and 8.00am, the calls are diverted through to
our after hours message service where the fitter on call will ring and make contact with the customer and
ascertain if the service is required after hours. If after hours is not required, Call Centre Staff will ring
customer the next day and raise jobs as required.

Norfolk Food Services is a team
