Electrical

Refrigeration, &

Gas Plumbing

This means that a "Mr Jack Of All Trades" should not be playing with these machines.

Before You Call!

It is also very important, that in case of a failure, you will need the following information before you call.

1. Manufacturer of soft serve machine.

2. Model Number

3. Approximate age

4. Fault description: Both what the machine is doing and what is it not doing.

The more information you can give on over the phone, the better the diagnoses you will get which in turn minimises the reapir bill.

5. All repairers will ask you for Credit Card details. Unfortunately, in the past there have been too many incidents where machines get repaired and the customers does not pay.

So now, in a lot of industries, service companies will want credit card information from you over the phone to complete the job booking.

However, this does not mean you will need to pay with credit card. You may well be able to pay COD at the time of service. The credit card information is just in case there is a problem.
