In a mobile van, there can be either a non-pasturising or a pasturing machine.

However, the operating environment is generally where the soft serve ice cream is exposed to warmer outside conditions, rather than a soft serve ice cream that is served in an air conditioned shopping centre.

Because the outside temperature can have a rapid melting effect on normal soft serve ice cream, Frosty Boy have developed a range of soft serve product specifiaclly designed with a higher melting point.

This higher melting point means that soft serve will last longer and the customer has longer opportunity to consume the product before it melts.

All soft serve machines are classified as Dairy machines. As such you need to fully understand the proper cleaning procedures to avoid bacterial build up. Please refer the NSW Food Authority, www.foodauthority.nsw.gov.au, if you require more detailed information.
