Non-Pasturising Soft Serve Machines
Non-pasturisng machines are simply those machines that do not have a heat treatment cycle.
Basically, you should be cleaning out the barrels every three days to break any potential bacterial cycle.
All soft serve machines are classified as Dairy machines. As such you need to fully understand
