Sales Reps are required for the following areas:

Campbelltown Macarthur

Wollongong & Illawarra

Southern Highlands

Goulburn & surrounding districts

 

Positions Description

Each month we create a 1 page promo. All you need to do is visit cafes, take-aways, restaurants etc for around 30 seconds per visit to explain the promo.

If the prospect shows any interest then obviously you spend more time with them. Otherwise, bid them farewell saying that you will call in again next week to see if there is any interest.

That's It - Don't make it any harder.

Our Expectations

These positions are best suited to someone who is:

• Local to the area advertised
• Is seeking casual/part time work
• Is confident is approaching people
• Can work approximately 4 - 6 hours per week.
• Is available at the following times:
• • Monday - Thursday
  • 9.30am - 11.45am, 2.00pm - 4.30pm
  • Friday 9.30am - 11.45am

Rarely do we approach prospects outside of these hours.

To ensure your best reception, you don't want to approach a prospect in their busy periods.

After a couple of visits per prospect, they will have developed some familiarity with you. You will be able to meet the following expectations:

Week 1 - no new customers

Week 2 - no new customers

Week 3 - 2 new customers

Week 4 - 2 new customers per week thereafter.

After a prospect has placed an order and become a customer, you will be required to do the first 4 deliveries. After that, our sales support staff will move the customer over to our phone ordering/contact system. Leaving you to develop more customers.

You will then be required to call on your existing customer base from time to time to ensure that everything is travelling along quite well.

Remuneration

$50 per week base + 5% of Gross Sales for the life time value of the customer.

What this means is, that once a customer has been secured, you will continue to receive payment for all orders placed by that customer even though, you no longer collect orders or deliver product.

This is the same way in which the mortgage and insurance industries work.
