How to make a Thickshake from scoop ice cream.

For a 420ml cup

Blend:

1. 220gms of vanilla ice cream, 
2. 120ml or plain milk and
3. 60ml of Frosty Boy milk flavouring.

For a 620ml cup

1. Blend 270gms of vanilla ice cream,
2. 125ml of plain milk and
3. 75ml of Frosty Boy milk flavouring.
